Shipping policy

We ship domestically (UK) and internationally to most countries in the world. Simply enter your destination country during checkout. British Gift Shop is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays

Domestic Orders (UK) - typically 3-5 working days using 2nd class Royal Mail Shipping, you have the option of quicker delivery using our express tracked delivery option (24hr/48hr)

International Orders - On average, orders within Europe aimed to be delivery in 3-9 working days, Rest of World orders aimed to be delivered in 10-14 working days

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on weight, Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays, we are not responsible for delays in custom. You may choose a more expedited service at checkout should you need your order quicker such as Royal mail tracked and signed which gives you piece of mind of where your parcel is.

** COVID 19 UPDATE: Couriers and postal services are experiencing delays with getting parcels to us due to a huge surge in online orders and having to follow social distancing guidelines which mean fewer staff working.UK parcels could take up to an extra 3 working days to arrive, EU an extra 7 working days and Rest of World an extra 10 working days.
