International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and will be confirmed at checkout for you.
*Please note: it is the responsibility of you the customer to pay any customs duties or charges for your country. We cannot be held responsible for delays with couriers that are out of our hands
What is your cutoff time?
If you place your order by 3pm (GMT) Monday-Friday we will ship your order on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday. And if you place your order on a bank holiday, it won't be dispatched till the next working day. This will all be confirmed for you at checkout too where we give you predicted
delivery dates (or guaranteed if you go for our Next or Nominated Day service. We will always endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible.
Returns
If you’d like to return or exchange an item from your order you have 28 days from the date of receipt to notify us. On receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Regrettably, any delivery costs will not be refunded (although some exceptions do apply)
