If you are located outside of United Kingdom, your order may be subject to custom fees/taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined by British Gift Shop and are beyond our control. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. We recommend contacting your local courier or local customs office for more accurate information.

We ship every day from Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Please contact as soon as possible. Once the order has left our warehouse we cannot make any changes to the address. Nor are we responsible for lost packages due to invalid shipping addresses.

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 28 days of receiving your item in the following circumstances: The item is returned in the original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
