Yes, we do! We ship to almost every country in the world and have customers in over 50 countries. Simply enter your destination country during checkout. You could also use our estimated shipping calculator to see the shipping rate for your destination.

If you are located outside of United Kingdom, your order may be subject to custom fees/taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined by British Gift Shop and are beyond our control. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. We recommend contacting your local courier or local customs office for more accurate information.

But the best way to know the exact shipping cost for a specific order and specific location is to put it in your cart and enter your delivery details. Our checkout cart will magically tell you the price based on your order weight.

We ship every day from Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on Sunday or Bank Holidays.

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders above £60 and FREE worldwide shipping on all orders above £150. This will be automatically processed when you proceed through our online checkout.

Please contact hello@britishgiftshop.co.uk as soon as possible. Once the order has left our warehouse we cannot make any changes to the address. Nor are we responsible for lost packages due to invalid shipping addresses.

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 28 days of receiving your item in the following circumstances: The item is returned in the original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning a product. We advise that you use a tracked service. To request a return, please contact us by email on hello@britishgiftshop.co.uk and we would be happy to assist you.
